A project for a Russian processing company that serves about 20% of the turnover of transactions made by holders of international and local payment cards in Russia. The company provides services for emission and acquiring of cards of international payment systems, such as VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, etc.
Earlier, LMS (Lead Management System) with Comindware system were used for managing leads. Leads from any sales channels (site, direct sales, partner leads, banks) were qualified in LMS. All company business processes passed through the platform, including the processes of sales, marketing, support and customer service. But since the system was obsolete and slow, it was decided to replace it with a more efficient solution - Atlassian JIRA.
