The application is a management tool that improves the internal working processes of a call center and simplifies customer support. The tool allows call center workers to create tickets and assign them to technicians in case of the equipment problems. The technicians can check tasks on hand, plan their work schedule, contact the customer, do a site visit, record environment readings, scan model numbers from equipment barcode and ask for resources for further work. When the problem is solved, customers review and sign off to let technicians close the ticket.
