The application is a management tool that improves the internal working processes of a call center and simplifies customer support. The tool allows call center workers to create tickets and assign them to their technicians in case of the problems with equipment. The technicians can check tasks on hand, plan their work schedule, contact the customer, do a site visit, record environment readings, scan model number from equipment barcode and ask for resources for further work. When the problem is solved, they close the case asking the customer to review and sign off. If everything is fine, the ticket is closed.
